How to setup DreamBox Remote Control

1. To download "DreamBox Remote Control" open the Play Store on any android device and type the name of the application: DreamBox Remote Control. Install the app. If you downloaded the application and installed it, skip to step 2.
2. The first screen that opens up once you load the application for the first time is the setup screen (as shown below, Figure 1). There are two things that you need to setup:


1. The DremBox's IP address. Click here if you don't know how to find the ip address.
2. The Enigna Version. Click here to determine the enigma version of your dreambox.
3. Type down the ip address e.g. 192.168.10.1 or 192.168.1.2 depending on your network setup.

Select the enigma version. Click here to find out the enigma version your dreambox uses.

When it comes to the username and password, they are both optional. If you prefer to use username and password or your dreambox interface requires a username and a password then use the fields to add it. if you want to disable the webif authentication then click here to disable it.

Dreambox Remote Control Screen. Once you type the ip and select the enigma version you tap on the save button, the main dreambox remote control screen or zapping screen appears on your android device as shown in figure 3 below.
